A leading European logistics service provider was able to win a major contract in the national defense sector. A special transport box was developed for the transport of special medical materials, which can track and transmit all data (temperature, GPS coordinates, opening times, etc.) of the container using a large number of sensors (similar to the black boxes used in aviation).
The aim of the joint project was to evaluate the expansion of the market for this box within and outside Europe.
36degrees supported the search for potential sales markets, the target group-specific description of the product, the market analysis and the scouting of possible distributors. In addition, 36degrees collected relevant information on the topics of the required patents and possible utility model protection, tax peculiarities and information on warranty and product liability as part of a fact-finding exercise.
