Together with 36degrees, the corresponding customer journeys were developed, the required functionalities of the web shop were derived and a specification was created.
Based on the existing IT architecture and the new requirements, a market analysis was carried out and a provider shortlist was created.
After analyzing this shortlist, a process model was designed and a recommendation for implementation was given to the steering group.
