The software company has been successfully operating in its niche for around 20 years and has an extremely stable customer base and an extremely loyal team. There has not been a single employee resignation for more than 8 years. However, when 4% of the workforce unexpectedly left the company in the fall/winter of the first year of Corona, it was clear that action had to be taken.

Together with 36degrees, a program was set up to measure and increase employee satisfaction. Process organization and meeting formats were adapted to the new framework conditions and the suggestions of the employees. After satisfaction with the employer was quickly increased again through the measures, an initiative was launched to sustainably adapt both the corporate culture and strategy.
